The awards which will be presented tonight are based only on the questionnaires received and do not include the entire class.
The results of the poll taken were tabulated by a member of the accounting firm of Bailey Vaught Robertson 5, Company - me. If you do not agree with the winners, I am very sorry.
AWARDS
1. TRAVELED THE FARTHEST TO GET TO THE REUNION AWARD.
Jan Beer - from Washington, DC - approximately 1,300 miles.
2. I CANNOT FACE THE REAL WORLD AWARD. This is the person who has earned the most degrees and stretched college out the farthest.
This award will not be given. A law degree was the best our class could do, and who wants to give an award to an attorney?
3. MOST ORIGINAL CAREER AWARD.
Lynn Foster Lalle teaches two-year olds to dance.
4. BRADY BUNCH AWARD. This is the person with the most living children.
John and Bette Carole Reglin have 8 children.
5. BRADY GRANNY AWARD. This is the person with the most living grandchildren.

6. The next award was originally called the I DON'T KNOW WHEN TO QUIT AWARD for the person with the youngest child. However, Ray Gilbert has changed the name of the award to the I GOT STARTED LATE AWARD. He and his lovely wife, Sally, have a six-year old and a three-year old.
7. LIZ TAYLOR AWARD. This is the person married the most times.
Carolyn Mason Richardson - 3 times.
8. HEADLINER AWARD. This is the person who has made either famous or infamous headlines.
We did not get a response to this question. Apparently, if headlines have been made - they are best forgotten.
9. PERSON MOST LIKELY TO MEET HIS/HER NEXT SPOUSE AT THIS REUNION AWARD. The award is a list of names and telephone numbers of those attending who are available.
This award does not mean much since all those on the list are female, unless preferences have changed since high school
10. BEST COLLECTION OF MONKEYS FROM K 8[ W ROOTBEER AWARD.

11. DAN QUAYLE POTATO”E” AWARD for excellence in spelling goes to Phil Lerway for being the first person either smart enough or brave enough to point out a misspelled word in the mail-out sent to 129 people and proof read by fifteen people before it was mailed.
